Create an Account

Creating an account lets you access MyRental and order screening reports for your applicants. Each person who needs to run reports must have their own login so activity is tied to the right user.

✅ Steps​

  1. On the MyRental sign-in page, click Get Started.
  2. Select I’m a Landlord/Agent.
  3. Complete the required account information.
  4. Create a password.
  5. Click Create Account.

💡 Important Notes​

  • One email per user: Each account must use a unique email address.
  • No shared logins: Every user who will order screening reports needs their own account. Usernames and passwords can’t be shared.
  • SSN requirement: MyRental requires landlords to provide an SSN as part of identity verification. This supports compliance with the FCRA and credit bureau contracts, and confirms a legitimate permissible purpose before access to credit data is allowed.
