TransUnion App ID on the Identity Verification Failure Screen
When an applicant's identity verification does not pass, their TransUnion App ID appears alongside the TransUnion support phone number, making it easier for them to get help.
Details
The TransUnion App ID displays directly under the TransUnion phone number on the identity verification failure screen. Applicants can reference this ID when they call TransUnion support so their record can be located quickly.
