App ID Added to Identity Verification Failure Popup and Email Notification
The TransUnion App ID, which already appears on the identity verification failure screen, now also appears in the failure popup and email notification, making it easier for applicants to reference their application when reaching out for support.
Details
If the applicant answers incorrectly, identity verification fails and they must contact TransUnion directly for manual authentication at 833-458-6338. TransUnion will request the applicant's App ID number to verify their identity. Once validated, TransUnion will lift the "ID Process Failed" flag.
